Privacy Policy

Names, dates, venue details, photos, and other content you include are entered by you and stored within your own Framer project, not on Saathphere's servers.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, mobile number, and country (for currency and billing purposes) to process payment and provide support.

Payments are processed via Razorpay and similar trusted payment partners, supporting both Indian and international transactions. Saathphere does not store your card, UPI, or banking details, these are handled entirely by our payment processor in compliance with PCI-DSS and applicable RBI norms.

Since invites are self-edited on Framer, we don't store, save, or view the content you add to your live invite.

If you share details with our team for a custom request, that information is used only to complete the request and deleted once fulfilled.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our ads. These tools may collect information such as your browser type, device, and browsing behavior on our site, they do not access your wedding invite content.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that Google and Meta may process this data outside India as part of their own services; you can review their respective privacy policies for more detail.

We share limited data with trusted providers — Framer (hosting), Razorpay and payment partners (payments), and Google/Meta (analytics and advertising), only to deliver and improve our service.

If you're purchasing from outside India, your payment and billing information may be processed by our payment partners in accordance with international card network rules. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in India and handled by service providers as described in this policy.

If you're located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you additionally have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability, under applicable data protection law. You can exercise these by emailing hello@saathphere.com.

Retained for support purposes and legal/tax compliance, then deleted.

Deleted once the request is complete.

If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
