Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. You'll receive access to your chosen template along with a tutorial to get started.

You're responsible for the accuracy of details you add — names, dates, venue information, and photos. Please double-check spellings and event details before sharing your invite with guests.

After purchase, you'll add your own photos, text, and event details directly in Framer using the tutorial provided. Most buyers complete this on their own without needing help.

We provide a video tutorial covering each step of the editing process. If you're still finding a step difficult, we're happy to help under basic support. Anything beyond what the tutorial covers is treated as a custom request.

Direct changes made by our team (structural edits, added features, or anything beyond standard editing) are handled as a separate custom request. This starts with you sharing your requirement and relevant details with our team, after which we'll confirm scope and next steps.

If your invite has been edited in a way that's beyond reasonable repair, we may decline further fixes or ask you to restart from the original version of your invite. This keeps our support fair and manageable for every buyer.

Bandwidth refers to the data used each time a guest visits your invite. Framer's plans include a set bandwidth limit; if this is exceeded, Framer does not take your site offline, it sends a notification, and continued heavy usage may require a plan upgrade. Any such upgrade cost is the buyer's responsibility, not Saathphere's.

By default, your invite is available on a free Framer link. If you'd like to connect your own custom domain (e.g., yourname.com), email us and our team will guide you through the entire process. This is handled as a custom request, and any domain purchase or renewal cost is your responsibility.

Saathphere has no control over Framer's infrastructure, uptime, feature changes, or policies. We're not liable for downtime, performance issues, or limitations that originate from the Framer platform itself rather than from your template.

You can upload music to your invite. Most browsers require a guest to tap play manually — this is a browser restriction, not a fault in your website.

Please only use music or content you have the rights to use. Saathphere is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from content you upload.

This credit is part of the invite's design and protects our work as original intellectual property. It may not be removed, hidden, or edited in any way, including through custom requests.

Purchasing an invite gives you the right to use it for your event, not ownership of the design itself. Invites may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for anyone else's event.

Invites may see small updates over time and may differ slightly from what's shown in promotional material. This isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a refund.

Any setup-time estimates we share (e.g., “30 minutes to an hour”) reflect a best-case scenario under typical conditions. Actual time can vary based on your familiarity with digital tools, device, internet connection, and how much content you're adding. We don't guarantee a fixed completion time, and the time you personally take to finish editing isn't grounds for a refund.

Any pricing comparisons or value claims we make, on our website, Instagram, ads, or elsewhere, are illustrative, based on broadly similar services available at the time of communication. They don't guarantee equivalent design quality, features, or experience, since design preference and perceived value are inherently subjective.

Once an order is placed, it can't be cancelled or refunded. Please review your chosen invite and details carefully before purchasing.
