Digital Product Policy
Saathphere invites are digital products, delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once an order is placed and access to your invite is granted, it can't be cancelled or refunded. Please review your chosen invite carefully before purchasing.
Your invite is available to you immediately after payment, with no physical goods or ongoing service involved, so there's no meaningful window in which to “return” it.
Making Changes to Your Invite
Your invite is fully editable by you, at any time, using the tutorial provided.
Text, dates, venue details, photos, and more can be updated directly by you through Framer, no need to contact us for routine changes.
If you'd like our team to make changes on your behalf, this is available separately as a paid custom request, not as part of the standard purchase.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails, is charged twice, or you're charged without receiving access to your invite, email us with your payment reference and we'll investigate and resolve it, including a refund where the error is confirmed on our end.
